Using Ho'oponopono to manifest your desires

“Forgiveness is not a one-time thing. Forgiveness is a lifestyle..”

-Dr. Martin Luther King

THE ART OF FORGIVENESS

Most of us struggle with the concept of forgiveness for others and, most importantly, ourselves. The Hawaiian Ho'oponopono forgiveness practice is a beautiful, simple way to practice radical forgiveness and restore balance.

Ho'oponopono is a spiritual-soul method of purification that cleanses our fears, worries, and destructive patterns that hinder us from personal and spiritual development. It clears out any blockages in the physical body as our limiting beliefs and thoughts get trapped into our cells on an energetic level.

This practice is based on the understanding that we live in an abundant Universe that provides us with whatever aligns with our highest good. The problem is, most of us obstruct abundance, love, wellbeing, and happiness with our negative thoughts, fears, and judgments.

Ho'oponopono encourages love over fear. When you forgive yourself and others for whatever grievance the ego-mind has held onto, it is kind of like reformatting your body's data system.

I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.

These four sentences work like a vibrational mantra or a meditative frequency of peace and unity. They operate through space and time, beyond cause and effect, and transmit directly to your Higher Self, your subconscious, and your conscious mind.

SO, HOW CAN HO'OPONOPONO BE USED TO AMPLIFY YOUR MANIFESTATIONS?

"Mind is indeed the Builder . . . what is held in the act of mental vision becomes a reality in the material experience. We are gradually built to that image created within our own mental being."

 ― Edgar Cayce

To achieve changes in the third dimension, it is essential to have true power over our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.

The key is to rewire your subconscious thoughts to attract harmony, love, and abundance. Make adjustments within, and you will change your life. But how specifically do you do that?

To genuinely manifest change, you must positively believe the thing you want to achieve is already established. It isn't as simple as just desiring something, and boom--you will receive it. Manifesting your reality requires a change of habits, thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.

Think of a time you achieved something successfully because your attitude was so confident, and you knew deep down inside that failure was not an option. Now think of a time when you failed something because you were unsure. You did not know that you had it to achieve that thing; you felt fear, insecurity, and uncertainty.

The Law of Attraction asserts that like attracts like. So if you do all of the affirmations and vision boards, but you still vibrate at fear and doubt, nothing will come of your manifestation work.

The difference between manifesting your dreams and failing is your belief system.

A great rule of thumb is to imagine what you want and ask that it be for the highest good of all. Many people ask for various material things, but in the grand scheme, if they do not fit in with your life mission- the Universe won't bring it to you.

The Universe has an extraordinary way of showing you that what you think you want or need isn't necessarily what's most suitable for you. So don't become discouraged if you don't receive what you thought was best for you.

Ho'oponopono is about taking responsibility for everything that affects your state of being. It's the Art of acceptance, forgiveness, and cleansing of the energies that you attract into your life.

"If we can accept that we are the sum total of all past thoughts, emotions, words, deeds, and actions and that our present lives and choices are colored or shaded by this memory bank of the past, then we begin to see how a process of correcting or setting right can change our lives, our families and our society."

– Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona

Each phrase serves a purpose; its message is to both the Higher Self and the more expansive Universe. Ho'oponopono helps to clear negative beliefs, freeing your mind from past restrictive programming. When you use Ho'noponopono in your manifestation routine, you essentially apply it as a response to negative thoughts and false beliefs. Instead of feeling guilty for having negative thoughts, simply notice them and respond with:

I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.

Try doing the Ho'oponopono prayer for 21 days, once in the morning, once at night, and anytime you need a refresh during the day. If you want to take it a bit deeper, check out this little blue book: Ho'oponopono: The Hawaiian forgiveness ritual as the key to your life's fulfillment.

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.

By going within, through self-questioning and examining our thoughts, actions, and emotions, we can get get back to what the shamans call “right thinking.” Of course, Self-Discovery is a never-ending process, as we are constantly evolving and growing. The answers that we seek are waiting for us to discover. We just need to know where to look and what tools to utilize.

✨ Be kind. Know your truth. Aim for the light.  ✨
