FAQ
What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are the energetic record of your soul’s journey across time—past, present, and the future potentials you’re moving toward. Many people describe them as a cosmic library or hard drive that holds an archive of every thought, emotion, and experience your soul has ever had.
You’re already interacting with your Records all the time through intuition, synchronicities, and inner nudges. In a session, we intentionally open your Records to receive clear guidance, so you can understand your patterns, gifts, and next steps with more clarity.
How can an Akashic Records reading help with my life purpose?
An Akashic Records reading is especially supportive when you’re at a crossroads or sensing that something in your life is ready to shift.
In a session, we explore:
Where your soul is asking for alignment in work, relationships, and daily life
Core gifts and strengths you may be under-using
Patterns or beliefs that keep you in cycles of burnout, confusion, or self-doubt
You can use this insight to start a new project, shift careers, restructure your business, or simply move through life with more trust in your own inner guidance.
What is a Soul Blueprint session?
A Soul Blueprint session weaves together your astrology and your Akashic Records to clarify why you’re here, how your gifts want to express in this lifetime, and what’s asking to change now.
Where a traditional astrology reading can be more descriptive, a Soul Blueprint session is designed to be directional—connecting your soul’s blueprint to real-world decisions about your work, relationships, and next steps.
What is Curanderismo and how does it relate to your work?
Curanderismo is a traditional healing practice that works on the spiritual, mental, and physical levels. In Mexico, it’s known as Mexican Traditional Medicine or “medicina del campo,” and it’s rooted in the understanding that the power to heal comes from Source; the healer is simply a conduit.
My lineage comes through my great-grandmother and grandmother, who practiced as curanderas. My own gifts opened more fully in 2017 during a temezcal (traditional Mexican sweat lodge) in New Mexico, and they inform the way I hold space: grounded, reverent, and always oriented toward your ability to heal and realign from within.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
No. All sessions are held remotely, primarily via Zoom. When I open your Akashic Records, I’m connecting with the etheric plane, not with your physical body in the room. Because this connection happens in a different dimension of consciousness, it’s just as effective whether you’re across town or across the world
How do I prepare for a session?
A few simple things help you get the most out of our time together:
Reflect on your questions
Come with 5–10 questions about your life, purpose, relationships, work, or anything else on your heart. This helps us focus the session on what matters most to you.Create a quiet space & listen to my binaural beats track
About 10–15 minutes before our session, settle into a calm space where you won’t be interrupted, put on headphones, and press play on my binaural beats track. Let it guide you into a grounded, receptive state so it’s easier to connect with the guidance that comes through. Before our call, I’ll often pull cards and tune in to your energy, and I’ll share any messages that come through at the start of the session.
What kinds of questions should I bring?
What if I’m skeptical or new to this?
Bring questions that are open-ended and focused on understanding, clarity, and alignment, such as:
“What do I need to understand about my relationship with work right now?”
“How can I align my career with my soul’s gifts?”
“What patterns are ready to be released so I can move forward?”
The Records will often address what you need to know even before you ask, and they will only share information that’s in your highest good and does not infringe on anyone else’s free will.
You don’t have to have any particular belief system for this work to be meaningful. A curious, open-minded stance is enough.
Many of my clients come in unsure or skeptical and leave feeling seen, validated, and resourced with practical next steps. You’re always invited to take what resonates deeply and leave the rest.
How do I use Zoom for our session?
