MY SPIRITUAL AWAKENING
My awakening was fast and slow. During a reiki session, my grandmother and great grandmother (who were both Curanderas and are on my spirit team) relayed that I would be going through an awakening, that it would be fast and slow, and my initiation would last four years. But at the end of the four years, I would know how I was meant to serve.
And fast and slow was the perfect way to describe it. My gifts started to open up, but I had to lean into the process, which included cultivating a meditation practice, studying various healing modalities, and doing major shadow work.
My awakening led me to become an ICF certified life coach, an Usui Reiki Master, and a certified Akashic Records consultant. I've also studied astrology, shamanism, metaphysics, and various mystery school teachings.
Before I stepped into doing spiritual work, I had careers in HR & recruiting and higher education. I also hold a master's degree in Higher Ed, with a focus on career counseling.
But more important than any certification or degree, the most valuable skill set that I bring to the table is that I have been right where you are now. I know exactly what you are going through.
I'm just a few steps ahead of you.
The one question I always get is:
What exactly does Phlighter Aimes mean?
And how the heck is it pronounced?
The name intrigues you, right? Good. It's meant to.
Phlighter Aimes is pronounced like plight-er (the h is silent) and then, of course, aimes.
The name is a form of light language. It was downloaded to me years ago when I was driving to Seattle for a work conference. I didn't know what it meant, but I pulled over to add it to my notes because it had such an odd ring to it.
Fast forward to when I first started career coaching, my guides came to me in a meditation and told me that this was my business name. At the time, all of my mentors told me there was no way I could use this name. No one could pronounce it, and no one knew what it meant. Including me! But I just kept getting the intuitive hit that it would all make sense in due time.
I now know that my guides were sending me a hint of what was to come.

What is light language?
Light language is the root language of the Cosmos, directly connected to Source. It can only be understood with the heart, bypassing the logic centers of your brain, and speaking directly to your being. With light language, what you feel is more important than what you think. Your mind may not understand the words, but your heart and your spirit understand it innately. Light language triggers awakening, sparks curiosity, and activates something within you.
If you hear people speaking light language, it tends to sound like gibberish. And Phlighter Aimes is pretty structured- it even has syntax. I eventually noticed that it contains two words: LIGHT, and AIM.
My rational mind immediately thought, "Aim for the light." But I was still confused about the underlining meaning of the name.
So I asked my guides for clarification, and this is the message that came through, "This name is meant to spark intrigue in those that you are here to help awaken. When they read, speak, or hear these words, it will trigger feelings of unity, neutrality, sovereignty, and congruence. It is a 7th-dimensional light language that bridges the heart space with the earth and ether. It imprints an energetic frequency that shifts one's energy to a higher octave."
But if light language and dimensions are a bit too woo-woo for you, don't worry, you can just think of it as a nudge to remind you of your soul essence and to help you connect to your highest truth.
