The Akashic Records are an energetic library or "cosmic database" containing all the information about every soul's journey. The concept of the Akashic Records originates from ancient spiritual traditions but is just now seeping into the collective consciousness. Although the records have been popular in new-age metaphysical circles, I've found that most people have never heard of them. The term "Akasha" comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "ether" or "sky," reflecting the ethereal nature of this realm.

This is why I started my weekly newsletter, Notes from the Akasha. One of the reasons I love what I do is that I learn so much from each session. Even though sessions are very personal and unique, I’ve found that there is always a nugget that pertains to our collective journey.
